Athens, GA – Georgia has suspended two football players, including tight end Bruce Figgins for six games, for violating team rules.

Figgins, a junior, started two games last season.

Bet Men’s College Football

Sophomore defensive end Justin Houston was suspended for two games. A third player, junior receiver Tony Wilson, also had a violation but it wasn’t necessary to suspend him because he won’t play this season because of an ankle injury.
Coach Mark Richt did not reveal the infractions.
