He allowed a single to Myles Straw before Steven Kwan laid down a sacrifice bunt to move the speedy Straw to second base. He intentionally walked José Ramírez before being replaced by Carlos Estévez, who promptly gave up a three-run homer to Josh Naylor. Sandoval generated 17 swinging strikes on 98 pitches while registering a 31 percent CSW. He’ll carry a 3.22 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 31/16 K/BB ratio across 44 2/3 innings into a home matchup on Saturday against the Twins.
