Duke Blue Devils Notes
Jeremy Roach amassed 23 points (9-17 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 4-4 FT), two rebounds, three assists and one steal over 37 minutes during Thursday’s 74-51 win over Oral Roberts. The junior is one of the few Blue Devils with tournament experience on the roster, and he stepped his game up in what was an easy win for the ACC champions. Up next for Duke is a tougher opponent, as they’ll take on Tennessee on Saturday.

Jonas Aidoo was not in the starting lineup for Thursday’s first-round matchup against Louisiana-Lafayette. Aidoo started each of the last nine games for the Volunteers but came off the bench to open up the NCAA Tournament in favor of Uros Plavsic. The 6-11 sophomore has averaged 4.8 points and 4.8 rebounds over 18 minutes per contest this season and should remain involved in the rotation in the frontcourt alongside Plavsic and Olivier Nkamhoua.
