Hassan Whiteside (concussion) is questionable for Wednesday’s game vs. the Nuggets. Whiteside joins a long list of Jazz players listed on the IR and it’s worth mentioning that Rudy Gobert (shoulder) is also listed, making the Jazz very thin at Center. Denver Nuggets DFS Notes
Nikola Jokic shot 11-of-18 from the field and 4-of-4 from the foul line in Monday’s 103-89 loss to the Mavericks, tallying 27 points, 16 rebounds, three assists, two steals, and one 3-pointer in 35 minutes. With the Nuggets having been hit hard by injuries and health and safety protocols, Jokic has been left to do even more of the heavy lifting than he normally would. The fact that Denver remains in the thick of the race for a playoff spot says a lot about the way in which Jokic, the reigning MVP, has played. Monday’s double-double was the Joker’s 26th of the season, and he’s recorded one in each of Denver’s last five games. Wednesday night will offer up an entertaining individual matchup, as Jokic will face Utah’s Rudy Gobert.
