Are the Rockets a good bet to cover as a double-digit home favorite tonight when they host the Pacers at 9:30PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Rockets are 10-point home favorites versus the Pacers after opening as a 9.5-point favorite. As for the total, the number hit the board at 228 but has already climbed to 231.5.

Indiana has dropped seven of its last 10 games and is just 4-6 against the spread during that stretch. The Pacers also own a losing record at 26-32 against the spread, which includes a 10-17 ATS record on the road.
Houston is heading in the opposite direction, winning seven of its last 10 games. That said, the Rockets are just 5-5 against the spread over their last 10 games despite being 34-26 ATS on the season. They’re also just 14-15 at the betting window at home this year.
OUR PREDICTION: The favorite is 6-1 against the spread in the last seven meetings between these two teams and the home team has also covered in six of the seven last meetings. The Pacers are just 1-4 against the spread in their last five road games versus an opponent with a home winning percentage of greater than .600 while the Rockets are 18-7 agains the spread in their last 25 games coming off an ATS loss.
