The Cleveland Indians are running away with the AL Central right now. Is there any team that can catch them?
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Indians are a -550 favorite to win the division title this season. Other odds for the division are the Kansas City Royals (+800), the Detroit Tigers (+900), the Chicago White Sox (+900) and the Minnesota Twins (+250000).
The Indians are 52-36 on the season and have a 6.5-game lead on the Tigers, while the Royals and White Sox are 7 games back. The Indians have a +81 run differential, as they have allowed just 355 runs on the season.

The Royals are the defending champs, but have struggled on offense this season, posting just 352 runs. That has caused them to be 45-43, same as the White Sox. Detroit has shown promise at times, but are just 1-11 against Cleveland this season and currently dealing with injuries to their pitching rotation. Detroit is 46-43 on the season, but has a -1 run differential.
Minnesota isn’t in the picture, as the Twins are 32-56, 20 games behind the Indians.
