After blasting Miami 58-0, Clemson is now 7-0 on the year and 4-3 against the spread, while N.C. State is 5-2 straight up and 5-2 at the betting window after beating Wake Forest 35-17 as a 9-point road favorite.
The Pick
This is a tough game for the Tigers in the sense that N.C. State is sandwiched between a trip to Miami and a home game versus Florida State next Saturday. The underdog is 4-1 against the spread in the last five meetings between these two teams while the Wolfpack are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games overall. This isn’t a game that Clemson should lose but it will be closer than people think.
