Hawks just 1-5 in last 6 trips to Tampa
TAMPA, FL (The Spread) – Game 5 of the 2015 Stanley Cup Finals is set for Saturday night at 8:00PM ET as the series shifts back to Tampa tied, 2-2.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book GT Bets, the Lightning are -120 money line home favorites for Saturday nights game, while the Blackhawks are +109 money line underdogs. The total currently sits at 5.5.
Following the Hawks 2-1 win at home in Game 4 on Wednesday, the under is now 5-1 in the last six meetings between these two teams but the over is 5-2 in the last seven meetings in Tampa. The home team is also 5-2 in the last seven meetings between these two teams, although each team is just 1-1 at home in this year’s Stanley Cup.
The Blackhawks have also struggled to win in Tampa, going 1-5 in their last six road games versus the Lightning. They’re also 3-8 in their last 11 games total versus the Lightning.
