Rangers favored to win Stanley Cup
LAS VEGAS, NV (The Spread) – Heading into both of the Conference Final Game 7s, the New York Rangers are currently favored to win the 2015 Stanley Cup.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Rangers are 2/1 favorites to win the Stanley Cup while the Ducks are 9/4 and the Blackhawks are 5/2. The Lightning are the current long shots, although their odds are still a respectable 9/2 so it’s not as if oddsmakers view Tampa Bay as a big gamble to hoist this year’s Cup.
Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals will take place at 8:00PM ET on Friday when the Rangers host the Lightning. New York is currently a -147 money line favorite for the game, while Tampa Bay is listed as a +133 money line underdogs.
The Ducks are favored to beat the Blackhawks on Saturday for Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals. Anaheim is currently listed as a -127 money line favorite while Chicago is a +115 road underdog.
