Clippers host the Spurs tonight
LOS ANGELES, CA (TheSpread) – The NBA returns to action on Thursday night when the Los Angeles Clippers host the San Antonio Spurs at 10:30PM ET.
Los Angeles is 35-19 on the season, 21-7 at home and 22-32 against the spread. San Antonio is 34-19 overall, 14-12 on the road and 23-28-2 against the spread. The Spurs have won and covered the spread in four of their last five against the Clippers and the two have hit the over in six of their last eight meetings.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Spurs are favored on the road, as they are getting odds of -2 points against the Clippers. The over/under total for the game has been set at 203 points.
The Spurs entered the break winning four of their last five, but they are just 2-7-1 against the spread in their last 10 games while hitting the under in five of their last six games. The Clippers won their last two games entering the break, covering the spread in both games. L.A. has also won two straight at home while hitting the over in three of their last four.
