BYU quarterback Taysom Hill once again put on a clinic in last week’s 33-25 win over Houston. Hill completed 21-of-34 passes for 200 yards with one touchdown and also rushed for 160 yards and an addition score on 26 carries. He did throw two interceptions in the win, but the Cougars still managed to win the game and jump four spots in the rankings from No. 25 to No. 21.

Unranked Virginia won its second game in as many weeks as its defense once again picked up the entire team in a 23-21 upset of then-ranked Louisville last Saturday. The Cavaliers held quarterback Will Gardner to only 164 yards passing and while he did throw two touchdown passes, his average yards per pass attempt was just 4.8 yards and Virginia picked him off twice. Offensively for the Cavaliers, quarterback Greyson Lambert completed 13-of-24 passes for 162 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Running back Kevin Parks was also held in check as he only rushed for 66 yards on 22 carries.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, BYU is a 14.5-point favorite over Virginia, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 47.5 points. The Cougars opened as 13.5-point favorites but the line has been bet up, while the total opened at 51.5 and has been bet down dramatically.
