According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Washington State is currently a 3-point favorite over host Nevada, while the over/under total is sitting at 67 points. The Cougars opened as 3-point favorites and that’s where the line currently sits, while the total opened at 64 before being bet up.
The Cougars allowed 17 fourth-quarter points in a 41-38 loss to the Rutgers at home while failing to cover as a 7.5-point favorite. The combined score also went over the posted total of 61 points. Quarterback Connor Halliday completed 40-of-56 passes for 532 yards with five touchdowns and just one interception, but it wasn’t enough to overcome another brutal performance by the Cougar defense.
