BELO HORIZONTE, Brazil (The Spread) – The UFC returns to Brazil on Wednesday night for UFC Fight Night 28. Here is a look at the odds for the TV card.

UFC Fight Night 28 will take place from Jornalista Felipe Drumond Stadium in Belo Horizonte, Brazil with the main card bouts airing live on the new FOX Sports 1 at 7PM ET on Wednesday.
The main event of Wednesday’s card is a light heavyweight battle between Glover Teixeira (21-2) and Ryan Bader (15-3). According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Teixeira is the favorite to win this bout, as he has odds of -450 to prevail, while Bader has been given a money line of +325 to win. Teixeira is on the cusp of a title shot, as he is 4-0 in the UFC, having won three of those four fights by stoppage. He has great striking ability and is also good on the ground with submissions. Teixeira will also have the crowd with him, as he is a native of Brazil. Bader has won three of his last four bouts. He comes into the fight needing a big win to stay in the mix in the 205-pound division. Bader is a strong wrestler with powerful hands, but he lacks the technical striking ability that his opponent has.
The co-main event of Wednesday’s card is a middleweight clash between Ronaldo Souza (18-3) and Yushin Okami (29-7). According to oddsmakers, Souza is the favorite to win this fight, as he has odds of -270 to prevail, while Okami has been given a money line of +210 to win. Souza has won his last four fights, three by submission and three in the first round. He is a tremendous submission fighter that can be very tricky on the ground. Okami has won three straight fights and he is always a force in the division. Okami has great strength and great wrestling ability. He typically is able to grind out victories by keeping his opponent on the ground.
