Friday’s CFL Week 2 Odds
(The Spread) – Week 2 of the 2012 CFL Regular Season is here and two games don the schedule tonight.
At 7:05PM ET the Montreal Alouettes will host the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in tonight’s first CFL Game. Oddsmakers have installed the Alouettes as 6.5-point favorites over the Blue Bombers while the over/under total is currently sitting at 51.5 points.
Both teams are coming off embarrassing losses in Week 1. The B.C. Lions thumped the Blue Bombers 33-16 while the Calgary Stampeders crushed the Alouettes, 38-10. Winnipeg failed to cover as an 8-point road underdog while Montreal lost as a 2.5-point road dog at Calgary.

In Game 2 tonight, the B.C. Lions will take on the Hamilton Tiger-Cats at 10:00PM ET. The defending Grey Cup champion Lions are 7-point favorites over the Tiger-Cats, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 54 points.
In Week 1, Hamilton was crushed 43-7 by the Saskatchewan Rougriders despite being a 7-point favorite. The Lions, as previously mentioned, defeated the Blue Bombers 33-16 as an 8-point home favorite. While the Saskatchewan-Hamilton game went over the posted total of 52 points, the Winnipeg-B.C. game fell under the total of 50.5.
