Game 1 of the conference finals in the West has No. 1 San Antonio hosting No. 2 Oklahoma City at 8:35PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers, the Spurs are the favorite in Game 1, as they have been given a point spread of -5.5 against the Thunder. The over/under total for the game has been set at 204 points.

Oklahoma City is 24-13 on the season this season and 40-34-1 against the spread while San Antonio is 32-5 at home and 48-22-4 against the spread.
