Tuesday’s NBA Playoff Odds
(TheSpread) β The NBA Playoffs continue on Tuesday with a trio of Game 2βs. Here is a look at the odds and over/under totals for each of the three contests.
The featured game of the night has the Chicago Bulls beginning life without Derrick Rose as they take on the Philadelphia 76ers at 8PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers, the Bulls are the favorite in this game, as they have a point spread of -6.5. The over/under total for the game has been set at 176 points. Chicago holds a 1-0 lead in the series but lost Rose for the playoffs late in Game 1 due to an ACL tear in his knee. The Bulls are 27-7 at home this season and 39-27-1 against the spread while the 76ers are 16-18 on the road and 33-33-1 ATS. Chicago has now won and covered the spread in three straight against the Bulls.
The other featured game on Tuesday has the Atlanta Hawks hosting the Boston Celtics at 7:30PM ET (View Matchup) for Game 2 of their series. The Celtics will be without Rajon Rondo, who was suspended for Game 2 after bumping an official. Oddsmakers have the Hawks, who have a 1-0 series lead, as the favorite on Tuesday. Atlanta has a point spread of -4 for the contest, while the over/under total has been set at 172 points. Atlanta is 24-10 at home and 37-38-2 against the spread while Boston is 15-19 on the road and 34-31-2 against the spread. Atlanta has won its last two and covered in two of its last three against Boston.
