Luck said Friday he has yet to even sign an insurance policy that could protect him for up to $5 million if he is injured, even though his parents keep pestering him to do so. With spring practice already in full swing, Luck believes the Cardinal can win the inaugural Pac-12 title next season despite a coaching shake-up and new wide receivers.
