Rose Bowl Public Betting Report
PASADENA, CA (TheSpread) – The first BCS Bowl Game of the bowl season is the 2011 Rose Bowl with No. 4 Wisconsin taking on No. 3 TCU.
TCU is 12-0 on the season while Wisconsin is 11-1 on the year. The Badgers come into the game as the Big Ten Champions while TCU won the Mountain West Conference.

Public Betting is solidly behind Wisconsin for this game as the Badgers are getting 73% of the public bets with the +3 odds against TCU. Over 51,000 public bets have been placed on this game.
This season the Badgers are 7-5 against the spread, as is TCU. Clearly the public is betting with Wisconsin because it is still skeptical as to the Horned Frogs ability to compete against the bigger schools. TCU is averaging more than 30 points per game than it is allowing this season, but the Badgers have also been an offense force as of late, matching TCU at 43.3 points per game on offense.
