Buffalo picked up its first win of the season last Sunday, can the Bills make it two in a row when they travel to Cincinnati to face the Bengals on Sunday?

The Bills are now 1-8 on the season and 0-4 on the road while the Bengals are 2-7 overall and 1-3 at home. Trends show that the Bills are 6-1 against the spread in their last seven games against the Bengals. The over has also hit in five of the last seven games between these two teams.

The Bills scored their first win of the season last week, beating Detroit 14-12 at home. The Bills have had their last four games decided by three points or less. The Buffalo offense is averaging just 18.2 points and 302 yards per game this season, but the team has gotten a boost since Ryan Fitzpatrick took over at quarterback. Fitzpatrick has thrown for 1,645 yards and 14 touchdowns with just seven interceptions in seven games. Defensively, Buffalo is giving up 27.2 points and 373.3 yards per game, including a league-high 166.9 rushing yards per game.

The Bengals have dropped six straight, losing each game by eight points or less. Cincinnati has been unable to find consistent offense. On the year, the Bengals are averaging 20.4 points and 344.6 yards per game. They have only managed to post 92.6 rushing yards per game as Cedric Benson has rushed for 623 yards with three scores on the season, but is averaging just 3.6 yards per carry. On defense, the Bengals are giving up 23.7 points and 329.3 yards per game. They have managed just nine sacks as a team on the year.

In terms of injuries, Buffalo defensive tackle Kyle Williams is doubtful for the game with a hamstring injury while running back C.J. Spiller will not play due to a hamstring problem. For Cincinnati, linebacker Rey Maualuga is questionable with a thigh injury.
