The Tennessee Titans have quarterback issues due to injuries, and the Washington Redskins are having their pride questioned as the two teams get set to meet Sunday in the NFL.

Washington is 4-5 on the season and 2-2 on the road while the Titans are now 5-4 on the season and 2-2 at home. Trends show that the Redskins are 7-2-4 against the spread in their last 13 games on grass and 5-2-1 ATS in their last eight games. The over has also hit in the last four games between these two teams.

Opening odds have not changed since Tennessee opened as a 7-point favorite. The over/under total opened at 43 and has since climbed up to 44.

The Titans have struggled to keep their quarterbacks healthy this year but on Sunday, Vince Young is expect to play despite an ankle injury while Kerry Collins is doubtful with a calf injury. The Titans have now dropped two straight games but their offense is third in the league in scoring, averaging 26.8 points per game despite posting just 304.9 yards per game. The Titans are amongst the worst in the NFL in first downs, averaging just 15.9 per game. The Tennessee defense is giving up just under 20 points and 351 yards per game. They have 27 sacks as a defense, which is the third most in the NFL.

The Redskins are coming off two-straight losses, including the embarrassing 59-28 loss to the Eagles at home. The Redskins’ offense has been inconsistent as they average 20.3 points and 331 yards per game, with just 95.8 yards coming on the ground. Donovan McNabb has thrown for 2,266 yards and nine touchdowns on the year, but also has 11 interceptions. Defensively, Washington is also amongst the worst, giving up a league-high 415.3 yards per game and 25.4 points per game. Washington is giving up almost 300 yards per game through the air.

In terms of injuries, Tennessee receiver Kenny Britt will continue to miss action with a hamstring injury while Washington running back Clinton Portis is expect to return on Sunday after missing a number of games with a groin injury. Backup running back Ryan Torain will be out with a hamstring injury.
