The offense has struggled this season, posting just 321.8 yards per game while the defense is giving up 381 yards per contest. Matt Simms has thrown for 1,136 yards and seven touchdowns on the season while Tauren Poole has rushed for 478 yards and five scores.
Trends favor Alabama in this game as the road team is 12-2-1 against the spread in the last 15 games in this series while Alabama is 4-0 ATS in their last four games in Tennessee. The Volunteers are also just 0-4 ATS in their last four games following a straight up loss.
