Colorado vs. Missouri Free Pick
Missouri jumped into the top 25 this week and will get a chance to prove it deserves to stay there if it can knock off Colorado on Saturday. Read on to check out our prediction for this Week 6 matchup.
Bet Colorado vs. Missouri Odds
Before we make our prediction for this game, let’s take a look at the latest point spread.
Oddsmakers from online sports book BroburySports.com have made Missouri an 11.5-point favorite over Colorado in Week 6. The over/under total for this game has been set at 52 points.
Colorado has started the season 3-1 this year and is an impressive 3-1 against the spread. That said, their only loss and the only time they failed to cover this year game on the road in a 52-7 loss to Cal in their second game of the season.
The Tigers are a perfect 4-0 on the year, but are just 2-2 against the number. They’re 2-0 at home this season and 1-1 against the number, with their only failed cover coming against San Diego State a few weeks ago. (A game in which they nearly lost outright despite being a heavy favorite.)
The Prediction:
Even though MIZZOU has been inconsistent against the number this year, my prediction is that they’ll be fired up to prove themselves against a winning team now that they’re ranked. The favorite is 5-0 against the spread in the last five meetings between these two teams, while the Buffaloes are 0-4 against the number in the last four meetings. As long as the Tigers don’t suffer another San Diego State letdown (which they shouldn’t seeing as how the Buffs are 3-1), then they should cover the 11.5.
