Iowa vs. Arizona Updated Odds
In the lone game featuring a pair of top-25 teams this week, No. 9 Iowa heads to No. 24 Arizona for a 10:30PM ET meeting.
Game Preview:
Iowa is 4-8 in its last 12 road openers, including a 44-7 loss at Arizona State back in 2004 and a 35-11 loss at Arizona in 1998. The Hawkeyes defeated the Wildcats at home, 27-17, last year.
Iowa is 2-0 on the season with wins over Eastern Illinois and Iowa State. The Hawkeyes have allowed just seven points and 216 yards per-game on defense. Ricky Stanzi has thrown for 433 yards and three touchdowns on the season to lead Iowa while Adam Robinson has rushed for 265 yards and four scores.
Arizona is an impressive 2-0 on the year with big wins over Toledo and the Citadel. Arizona has out-scored its opponents 93-8 in the two games. Nick Foles has thrown for 574 yards and three touchdowns on the season while Juron Criner has 12 catches for 236 yards and one touchdown. Nic Grisby has added 160 yards rushing and five touchdowns.
