Lakers win again
The Los Angeles Lakers won the 2010 NBA Finals Thursday night by defeating the Boston Celtics in Game 7 83-79.

The Lakers have now won back-to-back NBA titles after finishing the Celtics in seven games.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book SPORTSBETTING.com, Los Angeles had 7/4 odds to win the NBA Finals, meaning a $100 bet on the Lakers will pay out $175.
The Lakers won a very back-and-forth Finals as it fell behind 3-games-to-2 in the series and even found itself down by double digits in Game 7 before rallying for the win.
Kobe Bryant was named the NBA Finals MVP as he averaged nearly 30 points per-game in the series. Bryant had 1/2 odds to win the MVP award so a $100 bet on him will pay out an additional $50.
The Lakers defeated Oklahoma City in six games to open the playoffs and then swept Utah in the Western Conference semifinals. The conference finals saw L.A. defeated Phoenix in six games before reaching the finals and disposing of Boston.
