Cleveland split the seasons series with the Bulls, but one of the meetings saw the Cavaliers rest their starters.

Chicago has won six NBA titles in franchise history and six Eastern Conference titles, the last of which came in 1998. The Bulls finished the year at 41-41, as they won their last three games to get past

Toronto for the final spot in the East.
