Gophers Suspend Theret
Minneapolis, MN – Minnesota has suspended starting safety Kyle Theret indefinitely for an unspecified violation of team rules and policies.

The punishment was announced Monday by the school.
Theret is a senior who led the Gophers with three interceptions last season. He was also fifth on the team with 73 tackles while starting all 13 games. Theret has been a starter since his freshman year.
