Vegas CFB Bowl Odds

Las Vegas has released its odds for the 2009-2010 College Football Bowl Games, with the odds coming from the MGM Mirage.

Las Vegas has made
Alabama a 5-point favorite over

Texas for the BCS National Championship Game. The Over/Under for that game has been set at 44.5 and is the only bowl game currently listed with an over/under total. This marks the first time the Longhorns aren’t favored going into a game this season.

In a battle of two unbeaten teams, Vegas lists TCU as a 7-point favorite over Boise State in the Fiesta Bowl. The Horned Frogs are making their first BCS bowl appearance while the Broncos are in their second game.

Oklahoma 43-42 in overtime of the 2006 Fiesta Bowl.

One of the more competitive non-BCS bowl games should be the Cotton Bowl which features Ole Miss and

Oklahoma
State. The Rebels come into the game as a 3-point favorite over the Cowboys.

Mississippi won last year’s Cotton Bowl, defeated Texas Tech 47-34. The Cowboys are coming off a 27-0 loss to

Oklahoma to end the season.
