Bet College Football Week 9

Oregon
+3 vs. USC, 8PM ET

Oregon
is one of the hottest teams in the country right now as the Ducks have won six straight and covered in their last five games, winning by double digits in all five. USC has not covered in five of seven games this year and the Trojans have struggles at Autzen Stadium in the past. This game will be about defense, as both teams have been able to shut down opponents. With the home crowd and the momentum on their side, look for the Ducks to cover against the Trojans.

Wake
Forest +7 vs.

Miami
, 3:30PM ET

Miami
is coming off an overtime loss to Clemson at home last week and the Hurricanes have struggled as of late against ACC opponents. The Demon Deacons are 4-1 at home with the lone loss coming by three points to Baylor. After a two-game losing streak,

Wake
Forest
should be able to bounce back this week against the Hurricanes, who seem to play to the level of their competition.

Cincinnati -14 at

Syracuse
, Noon ET

Cincinnati
has covered the spread in five of seven games and not scored less than 28 points all season. The Bearcats have won by at least 17 points in all but two games this year, and never won by less than eight points. In conference play,
Syracuse is giving up 34 points per-game to lesser offenses in
West Virginia and
South Florida. The Bearcats have the offense to score on the
Orange and the defense to keep

Syracuse
off the board for a lopsided win.

Oklahoma
State +9.5 vs.

Texas
, 8PM ET

Texas
is another team that has not lived up to its expectations this season in terms of covering the spread, going 2-4-1 on the year. The Longhorns have failed to cover in three of four conference games this year. Oklahoma State have covered the spread in three of its last four games and seems to be playing much better since losing to Houston. The offense has found its stride and the defense has been a big improvement this season. The Cowboys have lost the last two meetings with

Texas
by four points or less, and Saturday may be their best chance to get a win over the Longhorns.
