The Horned Frogs have had a balanced offensive attack with Andy Dalton throwing for 399 yards and two touchdowns while Joseph Turner has rushed for 195 yards with four scores in the two victories. TCU currently ranks first in the Mountain West Conference in points per-game and first downs per-game. Defensively, TCU is first in the conference in yards allowed per-game at 213, and also are second in points allowed at 17.5 In two games, the Horned Frogs have allowed just 87 yards rushing.

Richard Jackson hit six field goals in the win, with the long coming from 52-yards out. Spiller has 176 yards rushing on the season and is joined by Andre Ellington and Jamie Harper as Clemson backs with over 100 yards rushing. Kyle Parker has a 5-4 touchdown to interception ratio with 523 yards passing for the Tigers while Jacoby Ford has 215 yards receiving with two scores. On defense, DeAndre McDaniel has four interceptions for the Tigers, while the team has eight, which is tops in the ACC.
