The Seattle Seahawks look to remain undefeated in the preseason when they face the winless Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium in

Kansas City on Saturday at 8PM ET.

Matt Hasselbeck looked like he was back to his old form in a 27-13 win over

Denver last week. Hasselbeck threw for 171 yards on 16-of-23 passing with two touchdowns. T.J. Houshmandzadeh caught one of the two touchdown passes and had five receptions for 41 yards.

Seattle signed running back Edgerrin James this week and thus released T.J. Duckett in the process. It is unknown what James’ role will be in Saturday’s game.

Kansas City is coming off a 17-13 loss to

Minnesota last week. Quarterback Matt Cassel threw for 99 yards and a touchdown on 9-of-14 passing in the loss. Dwayne Bowe caught the touchdown pass and had three receptions for 37 yards. Larry Johnson rushed for just 21 yards on eight carries for the Chiefs.

Oddsmakers from online sports book SPORTSBETTING.com have made the Chiefs 2.5-point favorites at home over the Seahawks. The over/under total for this game has been set at 39.5.

The Seahawks are 6-0 against the spread in their last six preseason games and 6-0 ATS in all games over the last two seasons.

Seattle is also 8-1 ATS in games played on a grass field over the last three seasons.

Kansas City is 1-9 ATS in the last 10 preseason games and are also 1-9 ATS in all games over the last three seasons.

With this being the third preseason game, the starters on both teams will likely play the entire first half.

Seattle is looking more like the perennial NFC West champions of year’s past as opposed to last season’s 4-12 team.

Kansas City is still trying to click with a new coaching staff and a new quarterback. If

Seattle is on it’s game, it could be another win for the Seahawks.
