FOXBORO, MA (The Spread) – Ray Rice can do a little bit of everything for the Ravens. Will he make a big impact in Sunday’s AFC Championship Game against the Patriots?

View Updated 2013 Super Bowl Odds

According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Rice has been given over/under odds of 75.5 rushing yards and 39.5 receiving yards for Sunday’s game against New England.

Rice rushed for 1,143 yards on 257 carries during the regular season and also caught 61 passes for 478 yards. Rice averaged 71.4 rushing yards and 29.9 receiving yards per game. In the two playoff games, Rice has rushed for a total of 199 yards, but has caught just one pass for 47 yards. Rice had at least 76 rushing yards in nine of the team’s 18 games this season and he has had at least 40 receiving yards in eight of the 18 games. One issue for Rice is getting touches. He has had a 12 rushing attempts or less in six of the team’s games.

New England has had a pretty strong rushing defense this season. The Patriots allowed just 101.9 rushing yards per game during the regular season, and only allowed a total of 10 rushing touchdowns. The Patriots did struggle to contain Arian Foster of the Texans last week, as he had 90 rushing yards on 22 carries to go along with 7 receptions for 63 yards and two total touchdowns.
