 NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Corey Blake scored 16 points and New Orleans got buckets from 14 different players in their 99-51 win over Blue Mountain of the NAIA on Tuesday night.
Kevin Hill and Evans Ganapamo had 12 points apiece and Tommy Hobbs added 10 for New Orleans, which shot 60 percent (21 of 35) in the first half en route to a 55-19 halftime lead.
New Orleans opened a 49-point second half lead behind a 3-pointer from Ganapamo.
The Privateers (2-2) made 8 of 15 shots from 3-point range and outshot Blue Mountain 51.4 percent (36 of 70) to 26.2 percent (17 of 65).
New Orleans held a 63-35 rebounding advantage, forced 19 turnovers and scored 34 second-chance points off 28 offensive rebounds.
Kevin Daniels and Devante Pulliam led Blue Mountain (2-6) with six points apiece.
