The 2013 NBA Finals feature the Miami Heat facing the San Antonio Spurs. The Heat are the top seed and winners from the East while the Spurs won the West as the No. 2 seed. Miami will have the home-court advantage in this 2-3-2 series setup. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Miami is the favorite to win the NBA Finals, as they have odds of -225 to prevail, while the Spurs have been given a money line of +180 for this series.

Miami is now 78-20 overall, 44-6 at home, 34-14 on the road and 55-43 against the spread. San Antonio is 70-26 overall, 29-19 on the road, 41-7 at home and 49-45-2 against the spread. The Spurs beat the Memphis Grizzlies in a four-game sweep to reach the finals while the Heat beat the Pacers in seven games. These two teams met twice during the regular season, with Miami winning both games by a combined seven points. The Heat have won four straight over the Spurs, covering the spread in three of the four wins.
