Texas Rangers Fantasy Spin
Nomar Mazara went 3-for-5 with a homer and three RBI against the Mariners on Friday. Mazara has three homers in three days, giving him five for the year. There isn’t much else in the way of signs that his long awaited step forward is finally here, but he’ll probably end up as a solid fantasy outfielder anyway.
Seattle Mariners Fantasy Spin
Edwin Encarnacion went 2-for-4 with a homer, four RBI and a walk Friday as the Mariners edged the Rangers 5-4 in 11 innings. Encarnacion drove in all of the Mariners’ runs in regulation. The game-winner scored on a fielder’s choice with Mitch Haniger up to bat in the 11th. Encarnacion had already been removed for a pinch-runner by that point. He has seven homers and 19 RBI this season.
MLB Betting Trends

Seattle
The Mariners are -1 in Lea last five home starts.
Prediction:
Current Texas hitters have a slash line of .345/.364/.561 against Leake over the course of 148 total at bats. They see the right-hander well and while Leake is certainly capable of keep the ball on the ground and limiting hard contact, the Rangers are worth a flier as a small underdog given the numbers.
The Pick: Texas Rangers +100
