(The Spread) – Only eight teams remain in this year’s NCAA tournament and not surprisingly, the last No. 1 seed standing is currently favored to win.
Oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv have installed Louisville as the current favorite to win this year’s March Madness tournament at 9/4. Three-seeded Florida has the next best odds at 13/4, while two-seed Ohio State is 11/2.
Second-seeded Duke, fourth-seeded Michigan and fourth-seeded Syracuse are all 7/1 to win this year’s NCAA tournament, respectively, while third-seeded Marquette is currently 12/1. Ninth-seeded Wichita State is the current long shot among the Elite Eight teams at 18/1 odds.
The Orange and Golden Eagles will square off today at 4:30PM ET in Washington, D.C. Syracuse is currently a 5-point favorite at most online sports books, while the total is sitting at 128.
As for the other Elite Eight game today, the Shockers will play the Buckeyes at 7:05PM ET from Los Angeles, California. Wichita State is a 4.5-point underdog while the over/under total is sitting at 130 points.
Michigan will play Florida at 2:20PM ET tomorrow, while Duke will battle Louisville at 5:05 to complete the Elite Eight.
