(The Spread) – Oddsmakers have released the point spread odds and over/under totals for Week 2 in the CFL.

There are two games on Friday and two on Saturday in the CFL this week. Toronto will visiting Winnipeg at 7:30PM ET on Friday and Calgary will take on the BC Lions at 10:30PM ET that night. On Saturday, Saskatchewan will host Montreal at 4:00PM ET and Edmonton will host Hamilton at 7:00PM ET.
Oddsmakers from online sports book Bodog have made Winnipeg a 1-point favorite over Toronto and BC a 2.5-point home favorite over Calgary. Saskatchewan is a 2.5-point home underdog on Saturday, while Edmonton is a 1-point home favorite over Hamilton.
In Week 1, Montreal beat BC 30-26 but failed to cover as a 4.5-point home favorite, while Winnipeg upset Hamilton 24-16 as an 8.5-point road underdog. In fact, it was an underdog kind of weekend. Calgary lost 23-21 to Toronto as a 7.5-point home favorite, while Edmonton crushed Saskatchewan 42-28 as a 6-point road dog.
Maybe this week bettors should take a hard look at the favorites, as the law of averages usually balances out when it comes to sports.
