LAS VEGAS, (The Spread) – JK Simmons will head into the Academy Awards on Sunday as a massive favorite to win an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Simmons is 1/50 to win the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for his role in “Whiplash.” Edward Norton has the next-best odds to win at 12/1 for his role “Birdman” but he’s only 12/1, which dwarfs Simmons’ odds in comparison.
