First up on the docket is the Philadelphia Flyers playing host to the Buffalo Sabres at 7:35PM EST in the all-imorportant Game 5. Buffalo won Game 4 by a 1-0 final to draw even in the series. Oddsmakers from online sports book SBGGLOBAL.com have made the Flyers -160 favorites in the contest, while the Sabres are listed at +140. The over-under is set at 5.5.

Jason Pominville scored the game’s lone goal midway through the first period and it stood up because Buffalo goaltender Ryan Miller stood on his head, stopping all 32 Flyers shots against him.

According to the latest NHL trends, Philadelphia is 9-7-0 straight up against Buffalo over the last three seasons. Eleven of 16 games in this series have gone over the total during the last three seasons.

Following that game is the second half of the postseason doubleheader as the Nashville Predators travel to Anaheim to meet the Ducks in Game 5.
