Tuesday's NHL Prediction
The Minnesota Wild hopes to start building some positive momentum on Tuesday when it hosts the Vancouver Canucks at 9PM ET.
The Wild are off to a 1-2-1 start to the season and sit last in the Northwest Division while Vancouver is 2-2-1 and three points behind Colorado for first place in the Northwest.
The Wild have given up 11 goals and scored 10 through four games while the Canucks have allowed and scored 12 goals through five games.
Here is my pick for tonight’s contest:
Vancouver Canucks at Minnesota Wild, 9PM ET
Trends favor Minnesota in this game as the home team is 4-0 in the last four meetings in this series and the Wild are 9-4 in their last 13 games after two days of rest.
Vancouver is just 0-4 in their last four against the Western Conference and 0-4 in their last four games following a win.
With Minnesota as the underdog at home and Vancouver inconsistent this season, I like to Wild to win this game.
