According to the latest oddsmakers, the Lightning are the clear favorite at home, as they are getting odds of -175 to win. The Red Wings have been given a money line of +155 to prevail, while the over/under total has been set at 5.5 goals.
The Lightning posted 262 goals this season, which was most of any NHL team. They allowed just 211 goals. Detroit scored a total of 235 goals this year, while allowing 221. The Red Wings were just 4-6 in their last 10 games entering the playoffs while pushing or hitting the under in six of their last seven games. Tampa Bay has won three straight coming into the postseason while pushing or hitting the under in six of their last eight games.
