According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Rangers are the clear favorite to win this series, as they are getting odds of -235 to win, while the Penguins have a money line of +190 to prevail. Game 1 of the series will be held on Thursday at 7PM ET.
These two met four times during the season and the Rangers picked up a win in three of the four meetings. The home team also won three of the four meetings. In the four games, New York finished with a total of 16 goals while the Penguins had just 8 goals. The Rangers have now won six of their last seven meetings with Pittsburgh and the two have hit the under in four of their last six meetings.
