Carolina Hurricanes DFS Spin
Frederik Andersen allowed one goal on 26 shots in Monday’s 6-1 win over the Washington Capitals. It would be easy to say that Andersen got an easy win in this one but the veteran netminder had some big stops in this one to keep a wide cushion for his teammates. The 32-year-old netminder will see his record improve to 32-10-3 with a 2.05 goals-against-average and a .927 save percentage.
Tampa Bay Lightning DFS Spin
Andrei Vasilevskiy blocked 23 of 24 shots in Sunday’s 4-1 win over the New York Islanders. Vasilevskiy permitted the first goal of the game to Brock Nelson at the 18:14 mark of the first period, but he was perfect the rest of the way. He only had to make six saves in the third period. Vasilevskiy improves to 33-14-4 on the year and his three-game losing skid is over.
