It’s unknown if Nikita Kucherov and fellow forward Valtteria Filppula will be available for the Lightning tonight. Kucherov was hurt after taking a sucker punch to the head from Dalton Prout of the Blue Jackets in the team’s 4-0 win on Sunday night. Fippula, meanwhile, suffered an upper body injury.

If both are out, it will be difficult for Tampa Bay to contribute to the over for bettors tonight. Filppula has just one point in his last 15 games anyway and Steven Stamkos just recently snapped a four-game point drought with two goals and an assist against Columbus. The under is 5-1 in the Lightning’s last six road games, 8-2 in their last 10 games overall and 9-2 in the Maple Leaf’s last 11 games so fans should be in store for another low-scoring game tonight.
