TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) -Six Indianapolis Colts starters will miss Saturday’s preseason game against Atlanta because of injuries.
The team released its injury report after completing its final training camp session at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology on Friday
Peyton Manning (knee), Dwight Freeney (foot), Bob Sanders (shoulder), Ryan Lilja (knee) and Tyjuan Hagler (torn pectoral muscle) still have not practiced and remain on the physically unable to perform list.
They will sit out a third straight preseason game, although coach Tony Dungy is hopeful Freeney and Sanders will return to practice next week.
Also out is right tackle Ryan Diem, who hurt his shoulder in practice this week.
Cornerback Kelvin Hayden, who bruised his right heel Thursday, was not on the report. Dungy said Hayden might play Saturday night.
