ST. LOUIS (AP) -St. Louis Rams offensive guard Richie Incognito injured his right knee in the first quarter on Sunday, the latest setback for a banged-up unit.
Incognito was taken to the locker room for evaluation late in the quarter.
Incognito missed the first four games of the season with a high ankle sprain. He was replaced by Nick Leckey, signed earlier this month and active for the first time.
The Rams began the game against the Browns with only one starter from opening day, tackle Alex Barron, in the lineup. Barron moved to left tackle after Orlando Pace was lost for the year with a shoulder injury in the opener.
Tackle Brandon Gorin, signed in September, made his first start.
