INDIANAPOLIS, IN (The Spread) β The Indianapolis Colts and Cleveland Browns had an opening week to forget. Both teams look to bounce back when they meet in week 2 on Sunday at 1PM ET on CBS.
Both teams are 0-1 on the season and 0-1 against the point spread odds. The Browns managed to hit the over in their loss while the Colts hit the under. Indianapolis has won the last five meetings in this series.

Indianapolis got a rude awakening last Sunday, losing 34-7 to Houston. Kerry Collins made the start for the Colts in place of the injured Peyton Manning. Collins threw for just 197 yards with one touchdown and two fumbles lost. He completed just 16-of-31 of his pass attempts. As a team, the Colts had just 236 yards of offense while Houston had 384 total yards in the game.
Cleveland suffered a 27-17 home loss to Cincinnati in the season opener. The Browns were out-scored 14-0 in the final quarter of the contest. The Browns had just 285 yards of offense and only allowed 294 yards, but had one costly turnover in the game. The Browns had just 83 yards rushing in the loss. Peyton Hillis was held to 57 rushing yards in the game.
In terms of Injuries, Manning will be out most, if not all, of the season with a neck injury for the Colts. Indy receivers Anthony Gonzalez and Blair White are both questionable to play with difference injuries. Cleveland defensive back Eric Hagg is questionable with a knee injury.
