With only two weeks left in the NFL season, every game is paramount to teams in playoff contention. Let’s take a look at the odds for Week 16.
The Philadelphia Eagles are jostling for position in the NFC, which is why their game this Sunday against the Denver Broncos is big. Speaking of Denver, the Broncos need to win to keep pace in the AFC, especially after losing last week to the lowly Raiders.
Oddsmakers from online sports book SPORTSBETTING.com have made the Broncos 7-point underdogs against the Eagles on Sunday.
There’s a huge battle in the AFC North this week when the Pittsburgh Steelers host the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. Both teams are fighting for their playoff lives in the AFC, although the Ravens have put themselves in better position than the Steelers have. Oddsmakers have made Pittsburgh a 2.5-point favorite over Baltimore in Week 16.
Two AFC teams on the cusp of elimination are the Miami Dolphins and the Houston Texans. Oddsmakers have made the home team Dolphins a 3-point favorite over the Texans on Sunday, as both teams need a victory to stay alive.
