According to the oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Bengals are favored at home for Sunday’s game, as Cincy is getting odds of -2.5 points against the Bills. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 47 points. The Bengals have won three straight meetings with the Bills, but Buffalo is 5-2 against the spread in the last seven meetings between the two.
The Bengals suffered a 21-20 loss to the Giants in New York on Monday to fall to 3-5-1 on the year and 3-6 against the spread. The Bengals are 1-3-1 in their last five games overall and 1-4 ATS in those five contests. Cincy is averaging just 20.8 points and 399.2 yards per game on offense. Andy Dalton has passed for 2,553 yards, but has just 10 touchdowns on the season to go with four interceptions. A.J. Green has 66 receptions for 964 yards and four scores while Jeremy Hill is the leading rusher with 561 yards and six touchdowns. Defensively, Cincinnati is giving up 23.3 points and 387 yards per contest. They have 17 sacks and have forced 12 turnovers.
Buffalo is coming off the bye week, but they lost three straight prior to that to fall to 4-5 on the season. The Bills are just 4-5 against the spread as well, covering in their four wins. Buffalo is giving up 373.7 yards per game and 22.6 points per contest this year. They have 30 sacks this year, led by 10 from Lorenzo Alexander. Offensively, Buffalo is averaging 26.3 points and 356.6 yards per game. The unit is led by running back LeSean McCoy, who has 683 yards and six touchdowns. Quarterback Tyrod Taylor has added 362 rushing yards and 1,769 passing yards with 10 touchdowns.

Both of these teams are hard to figure out as the Bills are a mess after looking like a legit playoff contender a month ago. The Bengals seem like they should also be a playoff contender, but they keep finding ways to not win. Still, they are at home today and when you have two teams playing that you can’t trust, trust the home team.
