Chiefs vs. Titans Week 10 Prediction
Patrick Mahomes will suit up for the Chiefs on Sunday when they visit the Titans at 1:00 p.m. ET. Even if Mahomes isn’t 100-percent, is Kansas City worth a play for bettors as a 6-point road favorite?

Kansas City Chiefs Fantasy Spin
Patrick Mahomes will start Sunday against the Titans. Coach Andy Reid said that Mahomes will start Sunday “unless something changes” between now and game time. He practiced in full all week and is good to go for Sunday. The return of the 2018 league MVP is obviously a massive boost for everyone involved in the Chiefs’ explosive offense. Mahomes should also benefit from the improved health of his skill position players, as Week 10 will his first game this season with each of Tyreek Hill and Sammy Watkins healthy for 60 minutes *knocks on wood*. The Titans defense has been significantly better against the run (No. 3 in DVOA) than the pass (No. 20) through nine weeks.
Tennessee Titans Fantasy Spin
Corey Davis (hip) is doubtful for the Titans’ Week 10 matchup against the Chiefs. Davis’ absence could *finally* result in a featured role for stud rookie A.J. Brown, who has demonstrated tantalizing ability at different points throughout the season. Still, this might not be the spot to expect too big of a boom week. The Chiefs Defense has been significantly better against the pass (No. 4 in DVOA) than the run (No. 28) through nine weeks and are one of just seven defenses to allow fewer than 30 PPR per game to the WR position.
NFL Betting Trends
Kansas City
The Chiefs are 18-7-1 against the spread in their last 26 road games and are 17-8 against the number in their last 25 conference games.
Tennessee
The Titans are just 1-3-1 against the spread in their last five games overall and are 5-14-1 against the number in their last 20 games played in November.
Prediction
Mahomes might not be 100-percent, but that’s not a good enough reason to fade the Chiefs at the betting window. The Titans defense held opponents to 20 points or fewer in every one of their first seven games to start the season. That said, they surrendered 23 points in a 27-23 win over the Bucs two weeks ago and allowed 30 points to the Panthers last Sunday in Charlotte. With cracks forming in the foundation, if the defense isn’t at its best, then there’s really only one way for the Titans to move the ball consistently on offense: Derrick Henry. But if Mahomes and Co. get rolling, it’ll force the Titans to ditch Henry and the running game and then they’re in trouble. Without Delanie Walker and Corey Davis, I don’t see Ryan Tannehill keeping pace with Mahomes.
