Rams vs. Steelers Total Prediction
While there hasn’t been significant movement on the total for Sunday’s NFL matchup between the Rams and Steelers, the number did drop from 44.5 down to 43.5. Should bettors follow the line movement and take the under?

Los Angeles Rams Fantasy Spin
In an Instagram post, Brandin Cooks (concussion) said he “can’t wait to get back on the field this season.” While the receiver won’t suit up against the Steelers on Sunday, it sounds like Cooks received encouraging news from his visit with a concussion specialist earlier this week. “Whether some like it or not I’m far from that end destination when it comes to this game,” wrote Cooks, who was concussed for the second time this season in a Week 8 win over Cincinnati. “I’m thankful that this soon will be something in the past.” It would be understandable for Cooks to question his NFL future in the wake of his reported concussion, though obviously the sixth-year receiver still feels he has plenty of good football ahead of him.
Pittsburgh Steelers Fantasy Spin
Steelers RB Trey Edmunds (ribs) wasn’t listed on the final injury report. Edmunds didn’t practice on Wednesday or Thursday, but got in a full practice Friday and will suit up Sunday. He’s expected to again see plenty of ground work, but a matchup against the Rams’ stout front-seven isn’t the spot to target an early-down grinder. Jaylen Samuels (13 targets in Week 9) easily has the more fantasy-friendly role in the offense as long as James Conner (shoulder, out) and Benny Snell (knee, out) remain sidelined.
NFL Betting Trends
Los Angeles
The under is 6-1 in the Rams’ last seven games after allowing more than 350 total yards in their previous game.
Pittsburgh
The under is 4-1 in the Steelers’ last five games following an ATS win.
Prediction
The scoring should be kept to a minimum on Sunday when these two teams play. The Steelers’ defensive line should give the Rams’ struggling offensive line all kinds of trouble and if L.A. can’t rediscover its running game, then I don’t see Jared Goff and Co. pushing the ball down the field consistently. On the other side, Aaron Donald is a handful for most teams and this Pittsburgh team no longer has a big-play offense.
NFL Week 10 Prediction: Rams/Steelers UNDER 43.5
